Working with a local NGO, we helped to raise funds and awareness for several water projects in Bugiri District, south eastern Uganda.

We had data that showed that only 26% of the 80,000 population had access to clean water, inevitably leading to water borne illness and a high child mortality rate.

This project also used a village level operation and maintenance (VLOM) scheme, and trained local people in pump management and care.
